We Are Home!

Just thought I would let you know we haven't completely fallen off the face of the earth....we have just been on vacation in Florida for a little over a week and we are finally home! We got home around 11am today after leaving Florida at about 8:30pm....not too bad considering we had three drivers (Daniel, me, and Carol). I have pictures, but just haven't had time to post them yet...so be on the lookout!

I went ahead and had Lily's 7 year old pictures done while we were doing the cousin photo. I couldn't figure out how to rotate the up close image....I was taking them off the photo place's CD they gave us. My baby looks so big!

My (Almost) 7 year old!

We celebrated Lily's 7th birthday this past Saturday (a week early) because she wanted to have a party with some of her friends and we won't be in town on her birthday. We decided to have a "BIKE BASH" for her party where her friends brought bikes or scooters and we made decorations for the bikes/scooters and did an obstacle course. It was a lot of fun and a different kind of party. Lily wanted a cookie cake (which made it easy for me) and rainbow sherbert for her party. She had a great time. My friend, Sharon, took pictures for me (almost 300!)....thanks, Sharon! She had a great time and now she is ready to head to Disney to spend her real birthday with Mickey Mouse!

What Time Is It?

Summer time! I cannot believe it is finally here (although I have to go to school on Monday to check out....ran out of time on Friday)! I am so excited to be done with school and can't wait for what the summer will hold for us. The first thing on my to-do-list is potty training. Yep, you read that right....I have been telling Trey for over a week that when Mommy was all done with school, he was not wearing diapers anymore (at least during the day). He seems really ready....he will pee anytime we stick him on the potty. It is the other that I am not really excited about. He is not telling us anymore when he goes in his diaper, so I am not real sure how he will be at telling us for the potty. The good thing is, he is pretty regular, so I know his times of day....hopefully that will help! If anyone has ANY suggestions/advice on doing this with boys, I would LOVE to hear from you! Doing the girls was sooooo easy. They pretty much just did it themselves. They didn't have hardly any accidents....can't complain about that! I think Trey has a little stubborn streak that might make this somewhat challenging.....so lots of prayers too please! We might need them!

Good Friends

This past Sunday, we met up with some friends in town visiting for a few days. It was so much fun to see Laura, Brian, Kelsey, Anna, and Ainsley again! We had not seen them since Trey was about a month old! Here are a few pictures of our time together.....we met up at Heather and Jimmy's house to hang out....
